Adviser Isioma Ossai is an Ukwuani musician of Kwale descent in Delta state of Nigeria. The Kwale people are an Igbo sub-group residing in the Ndokwa West local government area of Delta State, Nigeria. They are also referred to as Ukwuani, and their language is a dialect of Igbo known as Ukwuani. Adviser Isioma has been playing music for decades and Nchi Elifu-Eye is his latest album.
